General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) — BIZI

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern sales made via the BIZI website (hereinafter the “Website”) between:

The Customer: any adult natural person (consumer) or legal entity (professional) making a purchase on the Website.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these GTCS without reservation.
1) Products
BIZI sells, in particular:
Sealed TCG products (e.g., boosters, box sets, etc.)
Single cards
Accessories (e.g., sleeves, deck boxes, binders, etc.)
Figurines
Visuals, photos, and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual (packaging/edition variations possible).
Availability: products are offered while stocks last. BIZI does not offer pre-orders; only restocks and drops. In the event of an out-of-stock situation after an order is placed, BIZI will inform the Customer and offer a refund or a solution.
2) Prices
Prices are indicated in EUR (€), VAT included.
Shipping fees are fixed and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
BIZI reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (bug, clear typographical mistake), BIZI may cancel the order and refund the Customer.
3) Order
An order is confirmed when:
the Customer selects the products,
enters their information,
accepts the GTCS,
confirms payment.
A confirmation email may be sent to the Customer. BIZI reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, non-payment, prior dispute, or out-of-stock situation.
4) Payment

Bank transfer — 5-day reservation
For orders paid by bank transfer, items are reserved for 5 calendar days from the date of the order.
If payment is not received within this period, BIZI may cancel the order.
The order is processed after effective receipt of payment.
5) Delivery

International: 14-21 days
These times are indicative and may vary (busy periods, customs outside the EU if applicable, strikes, etc.). BIZI cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Receipt / transport damage
The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt.
If a product is damaged on arrival, the Customer must contact BIZI at info@bizishop.eu with photos within 24 hours of receipt (parcel + packaging + product + label).
6) Right of withdrawal (consumer customers)
In accordance with European law, the consumer Customer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, without providing any reason.
The period runs from the day the Customer (or a designated third party) receives the goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The Customer must notify their decision to withdraw before the end of the period by email to info@bizishop.eu, or via the model form (see Annex 1).

Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error attributable to BIZI (incorrect product, proven defect upon receipt in accordance with the After-Sales Service section).
Condition of returned products
Products must be returned clean, unused, and in their original packaging, with any accessories included.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and condition, a reduction in value may be applied (depreciation).
Important (sealed TCG products): opening a sealed product (e.g., boosters/boxes) removes its “new/sealed” resale value. In this case, the refund may be reduced down to €0 depending on the loss of value observed.
7) Refund
In the event of a compliant withdrawal, BIZI will refund the Customer after receiving and inspecting the return, no later than within the legal time limits.
The refund covers the price of the returned products (and, where applicable, standard delivery costs if applicable under consumer law).
The refund is made via the payment method used (or an agreed method).

8) Legal warranties (compliance)
The consumer Customer benefits from the legal warranty in the event of a lack of conformity appearing within 2 years from the date the goods are delivered.
The warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear,
misuse, negligence, accidental damage,
unauthorised modifications,
damage caused by inadequate storage/handling.
To activate the warranty: contact info@bizishop.eu with a description of the issue and photos.
9) After-sales service (SAV)
If a product is damaged upon delivery, the Customer must email info@bizi.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
photos of the package,
photos of the inner packaging,
photos of the product,
visible shipping label.
After this period, processing may be limited according to the carrier's capabilities and the nature of the problem.
10) Liability
BIZI is responsible for the proper execution of the order, within the limits provided by law.
BIZI cannot be held responsible for:
delays attributable to the carrier,
misuse of the product,
indirect damage (financial loss, loss of opportunity, etc.) within the limits permitted by law.
11) Force majeure
BIZI cannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance due to a force majeure event (strike, natural disaster, transport interruption, fire, major breakdown, etc.).
12) Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with BIZI’s Privacy Policy (available on the Website).
13) Disputes — mediation — applicable law
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact BIZI first at info@bizishop.eu in order to seek an amicable solution.

The Customer may use the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge:

Applicable law / jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by Belgian law.
If a dispute is not resolved amicably, the competent courts will be those of Brussels, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
Specific conditions — Buyback (purchase of cards/collections)
BIZI offers a buyback service upon request by email.
14) Buyback request
The Customer sends a request to info@bizishop.eu (photos, list, condition, language/edition if possible).
15) Offer and validity
BIZI can make a price offer by email.
The offer is valid for 1 week.
16) Shipping
BIZI provides a shipping label (label) to the Customer.
The Customer agrees to carefully package the items.
17) Receipt / inspection / payment
Upon receipt, BIZI checks the condition, authenticity, and correspondence with the announced items.
Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel, by bank transfer or PayPal, as agreed.
If the actual condition differs significantly from the description/photos, BIZI may:
adjust the offer,
or refuse the buyback (with return according to the terms communicated by email).
